Borrar tu cuenta de Atado con Alambre

Desde el juego (lo más rápido)

1. Abrí Atado con Alambre y entrá a Ajustes (la tuerca).
2. Tocá la pestaña Cuenta.
3. Debajo de tu nombre de Google tocá Borrar mi cuenta y confirmá con Borrar cuenta.

Puede que te pida entrar con Google una vez más: es para confirmar que sos vos.

Si nunca conectaste Google, en el mismo lugar tocá Borrar mis datos online y confirmá con Borrar datos: se borran tu lugar en el ranking, tus amigos y tus duelos.

Sin el juego

Si ya no tenés el juego instalado, escribinos a playvalkyrgames@gmail.com desde el mail de tu cuenta de Google, con el asunto «Borrar mi cuenta de Atado con Alambre». La borramos en un plazo de 30 días y te avisamos cuando esté hecho. Si querés, podés pedir que borremos solo tu nombre del ranking.

Qué se borra

• Tu progreso guardado en la nube (récords, estrellas, logros, plata del juego y ajustes).
• Tu lugar en el ranking: nombre de jugador, avatar, país, nivel, récords y código de amigo.
• Tus amistades y los duelos, carreras y torres en equipo pendientes.
• Tu usuario en Google Firebase, que une todo eso con tu cuenta de Google.

Qué no se borra

• El progreso que queda guardado en tu propio teléfono o navegador. Lo borrás vos desinstalando el juego o borrando los datos de la app o del navegador.
• Tu compra de «Sin anuncios»: la guarda Google Play en tu cuenta de Google y la recuperás si volvés a instalar el juego.
• Los datos que Google AdMob maneja para mostrar anuncios. Los controlás desde la configuración de anuncios de tu cuenta de Google.

Delete your Atado con Alambre account

From the game (fastest)

1. Open Atado con Alambre and go to Settings (the gear).
2. Tap the Account tab.
3. Under your Google name, tap Delete my account and confirm with Delete account.

It may ask you to sign in with Google once more, to confirm it's you.

If you never connected Google, in the same place tap Delete my online data and confirm with Delete data: your leaderboard spot, your friends and your duels are deleted.

Without the game

If you no longer have the game installed, write to playvalkyrgames@gmail.com from your Google account's email, with the subject "Delete my Atado con Alambre account". We delete it within 30 days and let you know when it's done. You can also ask us to remove only your name from the leaderboard.

What gets deleted

• Your progress saved in the cloud (records, stars, achievements, in-game money and settings).
• Your leaderboard entry: player name, avatar, country, level, records and friend code.
• Your friendships and any pending duels, races and team towers.
• Your Google Firebase user, which links all of that to your Google account.

What is not deleted

• The progress stored on your own phone or browser. You delete it by uninstalling the game or clearing the app's or browser's data.
• Your "No ads" purchase: Google Play keeps it in your Google account, and you get it back if you reinstall the game.
• The data Google AdMob handles to show ads. You control it from your Google account's ad settings.
